I looked at a few houses before my current one, the were all electric appliances. Gas heat. My house has gas everything.
The government has been trying its hardest to ban anything gas.

Most places have decent coffee as long as it is fresh. Stay away from the places that leave in on the warmer for hours.

Same here. It was about 50 when I got up then dropped like a rock mid day.
