These are pretty basic Pella double hungs, but they're fine for a starter home.
Those are pretty big windows honestly. The price can vary greatly based on what he's quoting you. Is he gonna wrap the exterior in aluminum for you as well? Will be be installing new stops inside, priming and painting them? Disposing of the old windows...?
