Well in his defense the driver that died(not that it helps now)but it appears the dumbass truck driver was off the shoulder of the road before turning into the u-turn according to local news. Those u-turn spots on the turnpike are not very wide and even an attempt to swing around a 53' trailer would be difficult. Regardless he should've seen it. What's really disturbing is that California gave this moron a CDL, what else could those idiots out there be doing?
