Well duh....can't call out if no one answers the phone. They would try that during tropical storms here....everyone started calling the 1-800 number and having a message sent to the center....man did that piss them off.

They would only have the phone ring in 1 office nobody was in instead of having it transferred to other phones. Or have it ring outside the office.
