I hope they figure out your problem and you take care of it. My little brother refused to take care of his high blood pressure and would not go to the doctor or listen to them when he was finally hauled off in an ambulance. He is now disabled with kidney failure, he has to have dialysis three times a week. He will probably never qualify for a kidney transplant since he still doesn't listen to his doctors. High blood pressure is nothing to play around with. I lost weight myself and hit the gym 5-6 times a week. You are in charge of what kind of health you will have.
