How many times have you started rehab but didn't finish it?
Why would I need to go to rehab?
No I just think there's no solidarity right now. We need to rally every month or so just to keep morale high.
And why is there only one locker in one center to get grievance forms from and why is it empty?
IMO the grievance locker shouldn't exist. In other buildings you have to ask a steward to give you a grievance form every time and they track which driver has which grievance #. They're our forms and management shouldn't have access to them until they're signing off on the grievance.
The members need to get involved and go to the meetings

Have you looked at your bylaws to see what they say about the date and time of the meeting? Ours say the e-board gets to decide but it is subject to disapproval by the membership.
