I would agree with this, although we would have to see what the agreement actually said. As of yet, I haven’t seen it. Not sure if anyone else has seen it or not. If the agreement said to follow seniority Center by Center and feeder department by feeder just like department just like picking entitlements then I’m not sure what you could do.
Here it went by Center senior seniority
It also went by feeder seniority, although we are different than most feeder locations so we have multiple locations but one feeder list for about 600 drivers. Because we got that agreement in our Rider in our local and Feeders. It did follow that.
Here all package drivers in a building are on the same seniority list. You can bid on routes in another Center so there is no point in keeping separate lists. Feeders drivers have their own seniority list so if a package driver moves there they get put back to the bottom of seniority.

Our building has three centers you can bid on any route in any center if they’re put up for bid your seniority counts. But for the purposes of picking entitlements, it goes center by Center seniority.
There’s no way we could pick vacations for the whole building. It wouldn’t work.
Package car does not rebid. Feeders has a yearly bid.
