They’re actually trying to manage 9.5 so now if you’re not on the 9.5 list you’re gonna get other people’s work shoved up your ass. You have to be on the list now.

Especially the guys on quad pay. Got a guy in my loop who just got on elevated 9.5 and his stop count plummeted. But that comes with so much extra baggage not sure if it's worth the extra attention from management. I'm a good driver so if I get to quad pay(which I'd already be eligible for if I didn't call out so much) then it's a huge problem. I'm not a driver that lays down on purpose like some of these bums.

We’re bringing temps in as well., although I don’t know how much it will help since we’ll be at Max vacation soon as well. Not to mention the temps usually suck.

Our reg temps are runners. They are still in that trying to impress management mode in hopes it secures them a permanent spot not realizing it's all seniority.

Its going to be hard to get on full-time now.

Perhaps, but are they laying down or are they following the methods? There is a difference in if he’s following the methods, the company can suck it. They want us arguing with each other when in reality they should be hiring more people.

And not to mention they're not replacing the buyout drivers by promoting anyone, no surprise. We're so short staffed every day. My center has to borrow every single day.
