Just so you know it's a scam, when they did do inspections here I had a 86 Chevy Silverado that passed emissions and everything else, but they failed me because no cateyletic converters. Who fucking cares it passed emissions. It was not too soon after that they did away with it all.
None here. In my home state you had to, and you had to trust the asshole not to “find” something. After I started working at UPS, my cars were always newer, so I didn’t worry about it.
