New York State was warned about this type of violations just a few months ago and they of course denied it.

It Is great to know that the DOT regulations and CDL rules like neck measuring for sleep apnea and random piss test are just for show in some states. Whatever states have allowed this to happen the officialsshould not just lose their funding. They should be prosecuted.
