Anybody that wasn’t already planning on retiring that took this buyout is probably going to struggle for a few weeks until they get all the paperwork and issues ironed out that they should’ve been working on before considering the buyout.unlike what Dave was trying to tell us a few months ago, it’s not as simple as snapping your fingers and I damn sure wouldn’t trust this company to do anything quickly or care one little bit.

Yes, it is. That’s why I’m saying if you weren’t already planning on retiring and have some of that work done it’s gonna take quite a bit of time before everything is ironed out.

What pusses me off was i discussed this with him earlier this year and told him to get an estimate and all of your paperwork together .
I have all my numbers for next month. I know exactly what im going to get. And if I go a little bit longer it's all a bonus
