I think FedEx or Amazon had those but I never saw one on a UPS package car. I heard rumors about them but if we had any it wasn't very common.

We call it the wire snagger 3000.
They dont last long.
Tree branch/low hanging wire collector. One of ours caught a Cable Tv/telephone wire. Do they help? Never had one(Legendary).
