I had a crazy cat lady that lived around the block, but she only had about 20-25 according to rumors. I think she was just stealing any cat she found walking around the neighborhood. I don't think they were homeless, just roaming around hunting and fucking like cats do. I was glad when the HOA finally evicted them, the woman inherited the house from her mother but she didn't think the rules applied to her. The house sat empty for 12-18 months, they had to keep lowering the price and they finally had to replace all the flooring to sell it.
Cat piss stench in the floors is never going away. @future loves that smell…
