It is more mower than tractor with that blade deck. My brother-in-law had a small Kubota that was a real tractor and he had to tow an attachment to mow. He had 10 acres he needed to mow.
Belly mower unhooks with the pull of 4 pins and drive away from it reattachs same way

Got a brand new zero turn a few years ago. Guy backs it off the trailer wifey wants to try it out. So I give her the 30 second instructions she starts down the driveway runs it right in to the mailbox post and breaks it off FML

Only had the loader and York rake attachments
Handled them very well for a small tractor.
Connecticut?! I mean, Pittsburgh is understand but not in Connecticut.
2500 sq ft house for 82k still a bargain.
