He has 2 weeks left. I actually had to go to the sheriff's office to get them to serve an evection notice.
In Virginia you can't kick someone out after they've stayed for more than 24 hours. They've legally established residency at that point. That was news to me. Fuckin insane.

Yeah dude I can't deal with him anymore. I told him no alcohol in here so his workaround was getting blasted at work and or in the parking lot and coming home wasted. Then he would proceed to shit talk me in my own home and I wasn't having it. Especially when he's living here for basically free.

I was worried he might to try to kill me since he says suicidal shit all the time and he has a gun.
