SOB!12 hour day for you!

If you enjoyed your management team screwing up peak season planning year after year, then good for you! Mine acted like Peak Season had never been done before. About 10-12 years ago, my division manager didn't plan for peak season at all. No rentals, no extra drivers, no driver helpers, no extra preloaders, nothing. My Hub went under in no time. UPS spent $7M to clean up that disaster. Flew people in from all over the country. Had to get rental vans, rental cars, hotel rooms, feed them, etc. Region management had to come in and take over my Hub for a month. Instead of firing my dumbass division manager, they just moved his DEI sorry ass to another operation to screw it up.
Thats what they do. When a manager really screws up they will do a lateral transfer and move him/her to some place where they can do little damage. Usually those people end up disappearing to never be seen again.
And no way they can fire a DEI hire or admit they screwed up giving them the job in the first place.
