My wife has taken on a fourth rental property.
Good for her...the extra income is nice. But I'm the defacto "maintenance" guy and this new one is a real poorly done COVID era flip and it's giving me some anxiety about how renters treat things.

There's nice looking stuff in there. But then this wood trim covering the seam between the two types of tile was just construction adhesived to the tile. It's gonna come crashing down sooner than later. Bunch of shit like that
