I wonder why yours says at bedtime? I take the same drug and it just says one a day which I take in the a.m.

I am on bp meds..doesn't do jack. And no I don't smoke.
You may not be on enough. My regular Dr. had me on some meds and when I started seeing a Cardiologist he changed some and added some. I've been on BP meds since my mid 30's.

I just read about that. Some people have better results taking it at night. I take mine in the AM
