The gym I go to has a 5 lane lap pool and a smaller “therapy” pool. My younger brother (retired Teamster) has a little retirement
job as a PT lifeguard. They have these water aerobics classes in both pools. Most of the participants are older and overweight.
His advice.... give it about an hour after these classes are over, before going in either.
