Nothing this severe, but once I was accused by my suit monkey of hitting a mailbox, not reporting an accident. He was so gleeful, so sure of himself.
Oops, Wally wasn't even at that address. The delivery was from FedEx.
The customer saw a damaged mailbox, the delivery, assumed it was UPS, and called us.
That sup got himself fired a few years after that for changing his numbers. What an idiot.
