11 yesterday. Another terrible dispatch. Same amount of stops as the all resi route next to me even though I have 45+ business stops. Of course the motherfucker just had to come get my pickups and go home early while I was left to die.

I would never answer my phone and only respond DIAD messages.
When they would ask me where I was, would give them an address, but by the time they got there.... I was gone.

I never used my phone for UPS business. They just assumed everyone does it so had a brain fart when I only used the DIAD for messages.
