No Tax on Overtime

Are you serious dude? You literally have zero understanding of how government works. You mean to tell me the President is supposed have full understanding of the entire tax law of all 50 states? Wow, he'd be the first human to accomplish that. He did know what he was proposing and it was meant to be on all workers (accept salaried). Up to a certain threshold. It's up to the legislative body to construct the line by line directives of the law. When they handed the bill to the President, Trump failing to ask whether it covers FSLA workers probably slipped his mind because almost nobody has ever heard of that. I'm sure Biden would have caught it right away. I seriously hope you don't vote and cancel mine out.

I haven’t got my taxes done yet as I don’t have all my forms yet. I did however, talk to my tax attorney a few months ago and asked him about this and a few other thingsand he didn’t seem to think we wouldn’t qualify. It’s pretty new so maybe that’s changed. I’ll find out shortly. I’m not expecting anything though.
