I have an accordion thing too. I keep it at home and put stuff away in it eventually. Mostly it's all my own old grievances but if I know I am having a meeting with management I will bring it to work with me and pull a sheet of notes out of it so it looks like I got a lot of stuff related to whatever we're talking about in there 😂. What do you mean by a lockable tote? I do have a route but I don't have the same PC every day so probably wouldn't work for me. I just took a bit route for the first time a few weeks ago and now that I know everyday what options for lunch I have (I don't like them) vs. being cover and eating stuff I like sometimes I am trying to figure out the packing a lunch thing.

The key elements that make it make sense is to keep your food cold in a separate cooler and to get a heated cooler that is battery powered. Definitely shouldn't be keeping meat at room temp for 5 hours. I wouldn't do it for 1 hour.

So if you tell it your eating at 2:00 it starts heating 2 hours before that? What about the time you packed it and kept it in the back of a hot P/C? And how do you people eat like that in this heat? I never ate lunch during the summer unless I felt like puking all afternoon.
