To many are using the blame game on the union for our cut backs. FedEx Amazon post office and many freight are cutting and or just plain closing. UPS held off until after the contract to start downsizing for obvious reasons. Even sold UPS shows she had intentions along with better not bigger. FedEx getting rid of the express drivers going to the ground outside contractors.
