What about the pt sups that dropped out of hs? When will they get a buyout?

Automatic 9.5 payment after signing onto the list. I am completely worn out by the amount of grievances and paperwork. It’s a colossal waste of time and it’s hard to have hearing that do anything other than settles 9.5. A lot of other issues are not able to get the appropriate attention.

What's the Company's "end game" with this business model?

I’m not certain, although I have my theories and none of them are pleasant.

I’d like to see the next contract include something like air conditioning in the Package Cars or no rear facing cameras or maybe a guaranteed amount of pters promoted to ft positions.

When you have an 8 hour request and it isn't honored the penalty is the same whether you work 8.75 or 13 hours. There should be a reason for them to want to get you off faster. Penalty should be 4 hours of straight time if you work over 8.5 or quad pay for all hours worked over 8, whichever is greater.

It's 2 hours of double time.
