I’m not certain, although I have my theories and none of them are pleasant.

I’d like to see the next contract include something like air conditioning in the Package Cars or no rear facing cameras or maybe a guaranteed amount of pters promoted to ft positions.

When you have an 8 hour request and it isn't honored the penalty is the same whether you work 8.75 or 13 hours. There should be a reason for them to want to get you off faster. Penalty should be 4 hours of straight time if you work over 8.5 or quad pay for all hours worked over 8, whichever is greater.
