There is new language in art 37 that says if I am not going to be back in 8 hours on a day that I have been approved to be relieved from overtime, I will notify my management team by 1300. What happens if I lose track of time and don't send a DIAD message in until 1330 or if I don't send one in at all? Do I lose the right to grieve for penalty pay?

You never lose the right to grieve. You just give the company a stronger argument of why you shouldnt receive the contractual penalty.

seta reminder on your phone, you need to notify before you leave and we have been told to do it at 12 and 3 just to be sure
