I think the nail in the coffin was the time the Central destroyed that heart being shipped for transplant. The dummy spilled hot coffee on himself, dropped the heart off the platform some 25 feet, then the irreg guy plowed by and ran over it with his irregular cart! They didn't even call the helicopter on standby at the airport! What a public relations nightmare!
