Personal responsibility is always important, but the company bears the brunt of making sure their employees have adequate supplies and water. They have even made it more difficult for employees to get water and hydration on the clock. This is a violation of OSHA rules.
Water is a work supply? How about lunch?
By state laws the company is to provide a reasonable lunch break.
They are not required to provide food.

I don't get it. Sure, it nice when they company gives out water, but I never counted on that to get through the day.
That attitude remines me of the fat loads crying about not eating because the government is requiring 20 hours a week of community service or actually getting a job.
