I started at $4000 a month and with $400 for Teamcare it was another $400 for spousal so I get $3200 a month.

That spousal benefit would likely cost him 99% of his pension. Spousal is based on the age difference between you and your wife.

Most likely. Guy I worked with his wife was 12 years younger and man did he take a hit on spousal.
