I cant log in to the Retirement page. Sent an email, super efficient UPS said:

"Your issue will be assigned to someone within 5 business days. You will get a response by 3 weeks (not counting weekends)"

Yeah, they suck.

Im in a different plan than you but I did need t he following paperwork


For the full tine I need my wife's and my birth certificate plus a copy of our marriage certificate.

For thr part time I needed a copy of both of our driver's license and marriage certificate.


And if you didn't take out at least 59% survivorship you had to get that paperwork notarized.
