I watched the video. He was not kissing anyone’s ass. He was telling the truth. When the company starts turning the screws, you better have your stuff together. He could sugarcoat it and say everything will be fine, but it absolutely won’t and currently the temperature is being turned up by management and people are going to start sitting in front of panels that never had to before.
That user's been trolling different threads pretty heavy the last couple days. Lotta antagonism and trolling, so everyone is just kind of waiting for how he's trying to derail threads or start crap I guess.

You’d be surprised how some members feel you’re on the company side when you tell them the truth about the situation that they’ve done something they could cost them their career. If you don’t tell them what they want to hear they assume your company person. Very immature outlook

I am not sure if that is the case or not, but I have seen so many stupid comments come through my channel over the years. I had one guy tell me that unions are the reason we have inflation.
You’d be surprised how some members feel you’re on the company side when you tell them the truth about the situation that they’ve done something they could cost them their career. If you don’t tell them what they want to hear they assume your company person. Very immature outlook

The majority of Sups at our Hub are alright, it's the managers who make trouble. But now they may force Sups to be more aggressive on drivers, even if they don't really want to.

They will be given no choice they’re gonna start squeezing those people and you know what rolls downhill.
