No but if you're chronically over allowed by hours everyday, it's going to be miserable for you. They won't just let you go 2 hours over everyday and not follow you, ride you, harass you, etc. If it never got fixed, they'd get you on something else.

This is the only company in the world that the day they hire you they open a file on how to fire you. Everyone has a target on their back regardless of performance. The job of the driver that does the job by the book and is consistently two hours over is much more secure than the job of the driver that runs, leaves the key in the bulkhead, does CIR without making customer contact, and is consistently two hours under.
Yes but only if you don’t file and are inconsistent in how you do your job. And even then it would be a long process for whoever is after your job.

Perhaps although I work with quite a few members who are very good at driving management crazy and never being less than two hours over allowed lol.If you want to play the games better know the rules though.
