I don't know about that, they never had a problem getting feeder drivers from package in my building.

I was talking about if you were to test package car today, no warning. Those moving into Feeders know they must stay clean.

B
Guy cashed out his vacation thinking he was going to leave, but got denied.

Decided to spend it on his truck.

No RPCDS signed our most recent feeder intent list.

People don't want to start work at 8pm. And weed.
Plus dudes that have been there for 45 years are hoarding all the good routes.

It's not for everyone weed or not.

Its a lot of responsibility

I'm hearing about Union workers (BAs and such) who keep their seniority with UPS, but work for the union, getting the buyout! Can't work for UPS anymore, but they get the $150,000 AND keep their job with the union. This when real drivers in their local did not get the buyout.
Is that dirty or what?

They also cant run for office again

Also a big win for the company getting rid of experienced union people

If They’re still on the seniority list they qualify.

Many union officials are retired as well and working for the union, believe it or not most of your union officials make less than most UPS feeder drivers and have worse insurance coverage.

Not too long ago, we couldn’t get people to go to Feeders’s here as well. Certainly the hours were apart, but I think a bigger part was smoking weed lol just being honest.

Some people will not give it up

Might be different where you are, but there’s really not any good routes anymore here lol they all suck giant monkey balls

But again they are working hard like you would at UPS.

That's worth a small pay cut

Plus they get more paid holidays than we do.

Very true, there is pluses and minuses to both.

I’ve turned down jobs at the hall more than once. For various reasons.

I'm waiting for ligation to commence. Guys like @gumby have a good case.

Be first to file to cash in, you don't want part of any class action.

No class action

But I also feel I have no union support

Sometimes you lose.

This is laughable.

This is laughable.

I don’t think Wally understands how Union representation and negotiations work.

Once it’s agreed to it’s final and binding. There is no lawsuit.

Not entirely hard to believe with some of his comments that he is completely clueless on any of this.
