Yeah. This is all self inflicted. The company is doing to itself what normally happens when a company gets beat out by its competition. But UPS was earning record profits and had higher profit margins than FedEx despite our high labor costs. They weren’t beat out by anyone. Even Amazon. There is more than enough shipping volume for everyone. It doesn’t make any sense.
I suspect the plan is to manipulate or severely weakened the next contract negotiations because they want concessions.

The notice you posted isn't anywhere on that page bromosapien. I was gonna register a pacer account to skim the attachments but they charge you ¢10 per page and reading the terms of service if you search for a case by the last name Johnson and that returns 5000 pages of results they bill you for all 5000 pages!!! WTF kind of billing structure is that?
