It’s indeed a big issue, although there are other issues. I fault none of you for taking it.
I do, however, fault the company for misleading people, and we all know the company never does anything out of the goodness of their heart if it doesn’t help them immensely.
Just reading the contract that people signed to get this money put all the liability on the person that signed it.
I spent my career telling people never sign any of their documents.
