Possibly. CVS has been on the app for my area for 3 1/2 years. It appears these are generally medication orders. Home Depot, Tractor Supply, the airlines(luggage missorts), and Wal Mart are the bigger companies that I have seen over that time. Just made an account for reconnaissance.

At the moment, Marken is just for critical, urgent life science products. They pickup urgent life science packages from a client, deliver them to the airport, or pick them up from the airport and deliver them to the client.
A niche job for the time being and not many opportunities available. Expandable to other things? Maybe, but they have been doing this since 2016 and have not expanded to anything else yet in 10 years.

Sounds a lot like what I used to do as an Air Driver, back in the 80's-90's.
It was called Line Flights.
Go to the airport and pickup parcels that missed UPS regular flights that were being shipped on airline flights, for same day deliveries.

Good service meant repeating customers, that was where the money was going to be made.
