On roads in my center used to appreciate a heads up about an issue they may have to deal with. Is this onroad retarded or hasn’t spent any time on the road.
He's a good supervisor it's just there's so much going on these days the last thing they have time for is an actual driver-customer issue.
I really do feel bad for them sometimes. One recently I could tell the guy was so stressed out before start time and I told him I feel bad for him. He said "you have no idea I wish my only concern was worrying about the packages in my truck "
I felt that. Poor guy.
