The IRGC is defending an Islamic dictatorship that doesn't need to worry about economic targets and the suffering of its own people nearly as much as our elected leaders do.
Their bases and missile/drone production facilities are inside mountains in a country nearly 4x the size of Iraq and they've been preparing for this for years. And they're probably receiving support from China and Russia. They can easily outlast us. That's not inside information.
