I'm not sure. They're so unbelievably petty it's hard to see how any of them would get him fired unless he didn't file grievances. They're also not going after the other five drivers that are leaving next week with him. He is also a hard worker, will help others when asked, a straight shooter, military veteran, and generally a very easy guy to talk to.
An example of his last write up. He was delivering on a residential street with two stops on it. Left the first one, pulled from the curb, used his signal. Going down about six houses he pulls to the curb and puts his flashers on when coming to the house and honks. Gets a warning letter for not using his turn signal before using his flashers.
