Easier said than done, the work used to be hard and the job was easy, now both are harder than @future when he watches a Charlie Brown Christmas.
The work has definitely always been hard. But as this company became more of a nameless spaceless corporation, there’s no satisfaction with a job well done, because the company makes it difficult to do our job well, there’s almost no common sense and very little driver input. For the new guys who have 20 to 30 years of this, I can understand.
