The HNL flights come westbound from Ontario and Louisville and possibly Philly. Anc(Anchorage) is similar. Eastbound flts from Louisville and Philly are a different story. I believe there are a couple of large aircraft Md-11, 767, and 747-8f from Louisville to HNL daily.
