My BA and steward both said Friday for decision though . I know there was a full docket yesterday and more discharge cases
Again, if your case has already been heard, the decision is already known. If that previous incident was on your record and it went to an arbitrator, he’s not gonna know the details, especially if you didn’t file a grievance on it. They don’t leave the room until the case is decided. They will have you leave the room and when you come back, they will tell you they will send the decision. at a later date. there’s a lot of reasons they do that for certain cases other cases they give you the decision that day.

i’ve been to many panels where the grievance doesn’t know the decision but everyone else already does.
