Works like this: He made the proposals asking for no tax on OT and tips. Rightfully didn't realize all these weird classifications. The President doesn't draft the legislation. The lawmakers who did draft the bill clearly didn't know this either. The majority of these jobs are men who support the administration. They wouldn't set out to purposely screw them while leaving OT done by Trump haters eligible.
