Good question. I think many drivers around the country are noticing just that. Cut routes, loaded down trucks and over 9.5 days, often.
@thebrownblob can tell you his building is continually filing 9.5 grievances and his guys are being awarded the penalty pay...
But alas the company is not flinching. They are paying the Quad pay like it ain't nothing. I know a guy in our district that was awarded $10k in 9.5 money for one quarter of this year. Insane!
My local is well over half $1 million we will be at $1 million before the end of the year in 9.5 payments
