Rendered before/after
The number of young people who have reached out and are thinking about taking the 125K or whatever the fuck it's at now, and set their families up elsewhere is unreal.
When I started at UPS, leaving top rate for 80-90K after taxes would have been the most retarded decision ever.
For “most” young people especially those with young families when they look around and see what’s available even if they took that buyout, they will realize very quickly if they have in common sense, but there is really very little out there. I’m definitely very little worth fighting for what we have.
We don’t just have jobs. We have a way of life.. passed down through many years.
