I took my wife to her favorite restaurant in Atlanta for lunch. Aviva By Kameel, one of the top restaurants is in the food court of an office building of all places. Owner is from Nazareth, cooks with family recipes from many centuries ago. This salmon~~salman~~ is my favorite, melts in your mouth tender.
