Why is beef high? Drought, feed costs and the Democrats regulation. It was high before this year. I live in a cattle producing state. I’ve talked with ranchers. They don’t have cattle grazing where they did a few years ago. To dry. Now they have to use more feed. That’s why the price went up, higher costs to raise them, less cattle.
