Last year's grievances (in August) were filed under National Master language and are just now hitting the Nation Docket for March.
The notion of using the "Central Region Hammer" had not been considered for many years and got very dusty during the Hoffa 2 era.
As a result of some recent deadlocks last Fall in the Central Region, "The Hammer" was taken out of mothballs by the General President and is now sitting in a prominent place on the IBT workbench.
