I have news for you. Lots of things can be stopped changed, and rules made that are beneficial to humans when workers stand together.
That's honestly my biggest problem with all that stuff.
I don't believe the company bargained in good faith on basically any part of the last contract.
This was all part of the plan, and they never intended to honor their commitments at all.
