Probably not that odd. The union does not recognize bonus as legitimate because we don’t recognize UPS’s fake numbers.
I do not know how long article 6 in the masteror article 19 section 10 in the centralhas been in the contract. I’m going to guess it was written after bonus was implemented to combat any future attempts at extra contract agreement.
